What's the daily schedule for the retreat?
Every day is a new adventure filled with exercises, visualizations and breakout sessions designed to ensure you can create your best life yet! While this is an immersive process totally focused on your progress, you can also look forward to tons of laughs, lots of dancing, and yet this will be the most supportive and loving environment you'll ever be in!
Here's what every day will look like...
7 - 8am: Morning Movement - Join with the entire group (magical - on the beach while the sun rises!) where you'll develop a new respect and connection with your body.
8 - 8:30am: Gratitude Session - Cool down time - Here you'll connect with yourself and the world around you in new ways!
8:30 - 9.45am: Time for showers and breakfast!
9.45-10am: Connect with you Trainer Group
10am- 1pm: Morning session with Matt
1pm- 3pm: Break for lunch & optional activities which will be announced each day
3pm - 6pm: Afternoon session
* Please note that session end times will vary, but you will always have a two-hour break for lunch*
